My fitness is good but got to go to xrays and blood tests at the hospital this afternoon for suspected arthritis! I am thirty fookin three!
Years of judo injuries have taken their toll. Problems are mainly fingers, knuckles and feet.

    Other that that i'm swell!

I'm only 18 so it's not full blown arthritus but i've got bad wrists and shoulders. My back, neck, and right knee aren't too great either. Oh well, If there's not something wrong with somebody they've either lived smart or lived like a bitch.

Funny you should say that H. Both My brothers have had operations on dodgy knees but mine are fine. They played no sport but I played football for 20 years none stop plus anything else I could get my hands on.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

I refer you to the 90 yr old person smoking a cigarette inbetween wisps of their oxygen tank and the person who gets cancer in their early 40's. The human body doesn't make any sense.

At 155 exactly now. Usually at around 145. A shade under 6'1. Pretty skinny it sucks but I'm startin to get some muscle on me, hopefully fill out a litle bit. One of my older brothers was the same way before he bulked up to 180 in his senior year of high school and after. He worked out more and was shorter but I think I'm going down the same route.
