I'm just saying he's a short little guy and it's not like he was beefed up he was just ripped there is a HUGE difference.

EXAMPLE

Arnold in "Pumping Iron" = BEEFED UP

Bruce Lee "Enter The Dragon" = RIPPED

or maybe this works better

Olympic Swimmer = ripped

Pro Wrsetler = BEEFED



And the reason Sly got so small in 4 was to make Dolph look that much bigger
