Ali wast too fast for Tyson, he had too good a jab for Tyson and side to side movement which Buster Douglas proved that Tyson could not cope with. In his prime Ali beat some big punchers and no way could Tyson stay with him.

wrong. marciano first retired because he not going 2 get enough money 2 fight the same people he already fought. plus his promoter took half his paycheck, (who rocky hated) and didnt want that scumbag to take anymore of his money. plus charles severly injured his nose. so after retiring for a couple of yrs. marciano lost his groove, now there would be big money involved to fight liston. so they beg to come and fight liston. ali wasnt even considered rocky prob about 37 yrs old now. realizes he is not what he used 2 b, because of his retirement. rocky knew liston was tough, and prob knew he couldnt win. and if he did lose, they would say " liston just beat an old man" just like hes been criticized for defeating joe louis. if liston fought thr rock when the rock was champ..rock would have accepted the fight and liston would have surly lost. rocky was SMART not scared. he said "comming out of retirement didnt do any good 4 louis, and ive learned from that". point being if ali(who wasnt even considered), liston or patterson had challenged him when he was champ....marciano would have accepted!

I wouldn't even say that Lewis was more "powerful" than Ali or had a better jab. Ali had a nice, quick, and effective jab. Lewis does have a nice, stiff jab, but he could barely beat Klitchko. Still, a lot of people fail to realize that Lewis only won 40 fights before he retired. I don't know if I could even say that Lewis could have beaten Joe Frazier, Ken Norton, George Foreman, or others like this. He's just not as good as Ali.

Lewis was 39 years of age he had already beat the best of his era, so he took on the biggest and toughest up and coming heavyweight from the next era coming up and got a 6 round stoppage and made his face look a mess in the process !! Â But Lewis didn't take any risks did he ....LMAO, Â Â Â if Lewis didn't take any risks why is he beat everyone who was available and was willing to fight him over the last 15 years. Â Also he had 42 fights as a pro, Â thats only because he was winning gold in 88 olympics against Bowe !! Â He didn't turn pro until he was 23, Â same as Holyfield..
