ive got about 4 years of banking/finance background plus a few semesters in college (finance major, but i dropped out)

but there are people that i work with that this was their 1st job. so, i guess you just gotta put on a damn good interview, and you should be okay

good interview line that always worked for me: "I'm not here with you today looking for a job, im looking for a career. I want to advance within the company, and eventually retire here."
