No one said The Grateful Dead. On VH1 it said that they have performed in front of more people than any other band ever and they only had 1 top ten hit.

Also Allman Brothers Band. I think it was time magazine (or some other magazine...maybe rolling stone) had top 100 guitarists of all time. The ABB had three of them.

At one time Fleetwood Mac was incredibly popular. It was said that when you bought a home in the suburbs you were given a Fleetwood album. ha ha.

I don't like Dead Heads in general either.... I was just saying they have played in front of alot of people, albeit probably just the same ones over and over.

I like the Dead's stuff....you know Ann Coulter is a Dead Head How fucking ironic is that?

What I can't stand about hippies other than the fact they are idiots are the cute girls that fuck things up by having dredlocks....that and when they don't shave properly.......nasty ass hippies!

The Allman Brothers Band has a following much like that of the Dead but Duane Allman was a bad ass guitar player....he and Eric Clapton formed Derek and The Dominoes which was an AWESOME group too bad Duane died so soon.

I DESPISE FLEETWOOD MAC! I mean I hate my fair share of bands, Nickleback, Crossfade, Evanesence but I just HATE everything about Fleetwood Mac especially Stevie Nix

Lyle I think we share alot of the same musical tastes..... however before the band got Stevie Nix....Fleetwood Mac was a kick ass mostly blues band. You should check out there really early stuff. I think you will like it.
