I have read the article and I agree with a lot of what it says. I don't think B-Hop can be blamed too much for the standard of the division during his reign, but I do think there were better opponents he could have faced.

The only way we could really know how good he was/is, would be if we had seen him fight in the Monzon or Hagler eras. I suspect he would not have been the dominant force
