when i don't feel like going to work out, I don't. the rest will let your body heal and build itself back up, physically and mentally. try meditation on those days. total body relaxation. I go to bed early on those days.

Yes theres overtraining, then theres something just as bad, being so paranoid about overtraining that you undertrain.
