Who is the hardest hitting heavyweight of all time?

I wouldn't agree with Big George, he hit Chuvalho on the button for 3 minutes and couldn't drop him, Ali took his best shots and if you think of a lot of Foreman's KOs they were accumulation of punches rather than one big shot. He is definitely a huge puncher, but for 1 punch power I would go with Shavers.

Thats more of a credit to Chuvalhos chin though. I dont believe he was ever down in his career

Agreed to an extent - but 'The Greatest' puncher of all time should be able to knock ANYBODY down

not sure theres ever been a fighter thats knocked down all of his opponents
but I don't think theres ever been a fighter that would drop Chuvalo, a good few may stop
him but none would drop him

Again agreed to an extent - but what I mean is that Foreman was able to hit Chuvalho on the chin for the best part of a whole round and didn't drop him. It's not the fact that he didn't knock out EVERY opponent, it's the fact that he managed to hit this one bang on the button a dozen times and not drop him. That said would any of the others have dropped Chuvalho
