Well this is the problem, if Oscar had run the last round and not even shown urgency he would have won the fight. Even Oscar didnt think that by the way he fought, not even his father yelling at him to finish Quartey off in those final 30 seconds(you can see him in the crowd yelling at DLH) knew that he needed a knockout to win.
