Peter's younger, stronger and fitter, and Toney can't keep dodging those shells in Peter's fists forever. But if he does he'll need to work harder and throw many more of those middleweights punches to warrant a points win.

Anyhow, I believe my quote has become cliche, and then moved out the other side and gone full circle back to cool, so to quote the Terminator, come fight time, "I'll be back".
Heres the deal I see with all this I like Sam Peter and he is my 3rd favorite heavy behind Evander, ironically enough James Toney is 2nd but as far as Sam goes the boy cant box a lick at this point in his career plain and simple. James is better than Peter in every single way except power and I think he outboxed Peter decisevly and James got a royal screwing last time out.

Now lets talk about Toneys weight. James is in a weird spot right now he really dosent belong in the heavyweight division thats the beauty of all this he is that Fukin good one of the best and I shutter to say his Body of work is more impressive than Roy Jones jr James is one of the greatest of all time... period!!!! thats why he is were he is

Now back to the weight, judging by the weigh in pics James body looks signifigantly harder not the overly flabby body we have seen. a 215-220lb James Toney would get murdered by Peter cause of the weight difference James needs to carry the weight for stability against a big puncher like Peter, James has added signifigant muscle mass to his shoulders, neck, Chest and you can see a hint of his abs around his sola plexes. Muscle weighs more than fat, so I disregard his weight all together it dosent mean he's a fat piece of shite because he weighs virtually the same from the last fight..

as far as James needing to do a ton of roadwork I say NO HE DOSENT!! James is a counterpuncher and he fights in spurts so if he can do interval training for conditioning and still have the necessary cardio to be effective in a fight and again he needs to carry more denseity to absorb a true heavweights punches.

The shoulder bulk adds as a shield for James since he makes a living with shoulder rolls and its an integral part of
his defense.

James may not look like an Evander Holyfield but his current body composition is better suited for a fight with a Sam Peter or a Wlad Klitschko.

Bottom line James Toney decisive 12 round UD
