keep an eye on ruslan chagaev, he just won a wba eliminator against ruiz and i think he has a good chance of knocking off valuev. he's a hard hitting southpaw that could give any of the champs problems.

I would say no.. maybe Wlad could do it? possibly Peter ??...but its going to take more then a year ! the thing is you got to have "sweepers"( good skilled fighters) . and then they need to be
" keepers" ... this generation of HW aint got no sweepers , and danm sure aint no keepers..

I think old Holyfield has a good chance at capturing a crown..I am hearing David Tua is finally getting serious now with the diet and work ethic. who knows it might get interesting? not because of this current crop however!

Down the road I like this kid " Chazz Witherspoon" ! He busy and lets them hands go.. and keeps that offense going/, now that’s what is needed at HW . 6"4 230 , skilled , conditioned athletes ! Hell that 33 year old Michael Alexander 6"2 208 lbs showed alot of heart when these 2 fought back when ! lots of punches in that fight ! good sustained offense. that’s whats needed ... I say put these kids on T.V and scrap those Tall slow , hugging , robotic giants.. they boring as all fuck, and are killing the HW division !

I'm not too big on Chazz Witherspoon. He's got very little power, and despite what others have said, IMO, is boring to watch. Seems like a nice guy. But no world beater.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

What’s boring about him?? the guy throws tons of punches every round and don't clinch...as for power he sitting on his punches better now they working on that right now.. .. he need more T.V exposure ! the kid reminds me of a young Riddick Bowe. he fights well on the inside for a tall fighter , and good from the outside.. has a nice array of punches .. good arsenal... future champion Chazz Witherspoon

Chazz Witherspoon at the Blue Horizon in PA October 15th 2006... He still learning no doubt, but he is getting better, and wants to fight... no clinching just constant punching.. that’s what’s it all about ! let them hands go.. he working on his power he have good speed ! everything is coming together nicely I think ! Witherspoon in the Maroon Trunks ! enjoy

If they united the heavyweight division then I would rank the fighters as such:

    Champ - W. Klitschko
    1. S. Peter
    2. O. Maskaev
    3. N. Valuev
    4. James Toney
    5. Lamon Brewster
