Default Weight Drained? Roy Jones Jnr

This is something that has been puzzling me for a bit, RJJ is, actually WAS ,a great fighter. He then moves to heavy and beats a pretty tough guy in ruiz (opinions may vary on that but the guy is no push over and is a nightmare to fight).

Roy then goes back to light heavy and gets badly starched twice, Surely Tarver and Johnson dont hit as hard as ruiz.

Id be interested to know what you lads think is the reason, imo its simply cos he was changing weight and kind of messed his body up (roids maybe?) But ive never been sure about this one or why the sudden drop in class for Roy..

His chin diappeared and he wasn't the same. So yeah I think he is a weight drained 175.

He really should have retired after the Ruiz fight and went out on top.

Better would have been after the Tarver fight. Where he was pushed to the brink and showed his heart. NOBODY would have question Roy's heart or taken to the limit. And Tarver could have the satisfaction saying he "retired" Roy and gave him a tough fight. Probably would have turned out for both of their careers. Unfortunately nobody knows when Roy is fighting again and Tarver is.........

    I dunno bro...
Some have said that it was in fact he never had a good chin and that he didnt loose his chin..His age just caught up with him and cos he didnt have he reflexes like they used to be he actually got caught for once...
i cant think of a time roy really got clocked previous to Tarver II? So perhaps.. It is safe to say though..
He lost something important due to weight drain..
