This belongs in our "Ask the Trainer" section as they could help you out a bit more...putting these vidz up here makes it seem as though you are seeking attention more than you are advice & most of the opinions you are going to get are not from your fellow fighters but a buncha knuckleheads who are just here to have fun & tear vidz like this apart...I would offer an opinion...but I'm one of those knuckleheads.

Take this video & load it up for the trainers in our section, you'll get some actual cricism of merit.
