    i love it on the inside. i go in mixing up the hooks and upercuts, head and body. but i just smash anywhere really, arms, shoulders (sometimes low ooops), i'll get through with a few if i just let rip. but everyone always winges cos i could break my hands or fuck my wrists blah blah.

    My favorite combonation is short left hook to the body, left hook to the head, and depending on my range a right uppercut or a short right.

    A number of things i like about in fighting is trying to counter punches on the inside..
    Punch lean away and come back with another..
    Things like a short jab ..standing on the ball of your right foot..step right back and back in with a short left hook ..Then perhaps down to the body with another..
    Love to counter.. i like punching while im safe.. slip and punch. lean away back in and punch.. Parry and over the top.. parry left hook body head.. Lovely stuff..

    There's no set routine to what best combo's to throw.. it all depends on where the opponents head is positioned, how low of high their guard is. If they have a high guard I always bring it down with hooks to the body bringing the ribcage up, then land hooks to the head and if they have a fairly open guard a good upcut through their defence will always work. Make it hard and fast however to make the best use of the small amount of time between punches so they don't have chance to suck in air after that body shot

    If I was an Inside Fighter, I would not focus so much on what punches to throw in a set combination, as I would just trying to mix it up.

    I would start off attacking the body with hooks to get the hands to drop down. Then I'd shoot a right uppercut as soon as he drops his hands down to protect the body. Then you can go off with Left Hooks and Crosses to the head.

    I think if you lay your foundation with body punching, you'll have a good base to work off of, the head might move, but the body doesn't, and a good body puncher can really slow down a Outside Fighter with body punches.

    Also look into shovel hooks, particularly the Left Body Shovel Hook. It hits the right side of an opponent's body, where the liver is located. The liver is protected by the ribs, but a good shovel hook hurts like hell and can go fighters.
