I'm not totally sold on Wlad as being the HW savior, but Wlad would destroy Toney IMO. Wlad's WAY too big and he uses his height and reach advantage almost as perfectly as anyone could. Toney couldn't get in because of Wlad's disgusting jab and a right hand would end it by the 4th or 5th round.
