i am 6ft myself and around 126 lbs i think cus it works in kgs for uk but i think 126 is bout right
anyways i think u should not slouch make the most of ur height i put much of my weight on my back foot so i have a stable base with my feet but still make the most of my hieght and reach advantage also something u need to rember is ur gonna most likley be punching down wards so odont leave ur chin out to dry
