Is a KO the only way to beat Wladimir?

NO, a few years ago it was the only way but now Wlad is a killer robot... THe only way to beat him is to deactivate his sensor hidden behind his left ear, but it's very difficult to do with gloves on.

I heard the sensor was hidden in a very fragile pocket by his chin

It used to be, when he started working more with MAnny they had it surgically implanted behind the ear.. Apparently Samuel Peter received word of this as it happened, so decided that if he would ever beat Wlad he'd need to start practice throwing hard shots to the back of the head every time he fought. It almost worked for him the first time, now he's getting the technique down even further.

At this point, I don't see anybody being able to beat Wlad on points. To beat Wlad, you have to knock him out.
