Haye v Maccarinelli has died a death. They're both too interested in a bout against O'Neil Bell to care about fighting each other, and the rivalry of their promoters is galling.

If Hatton gets a fight v JLC that'll be great, but we gotta wait and see on that one.

Our champions of Calzaghe has a fight against what is really just a warm-up act in Manfredo jr, and Clinton Woods hasn't even been in the papers recently. The drunkard Scott Harrison is talking about a comeback, and Alex Arthur is still dreaming of some sort of world challenge, but knowing Fwank he'll f**k it up again.

And as for the heavyweights...gimme a break. Harrison seems to be proclaiming himself a contender after beating a washed-up Mike Tyson beater who has only had 2 or 3 truely quality performances in his career, and only had 2 weeks to prepare. Gammer is yet to prove himself and Skelton is injured.

Trust me El Gamo...we got very little to be joyous about at the top level....
Don't worry bro, look at all those other great fights,it'll take your mind off the British boxing scene and great fights are great fights regardless. Plus Hatton alone will make you happier because I think he beats Urango,Castillo and anyone else he fights at 140,paving way for a huge fight with Cotto at 147 at the end of 07!!!
