Headbutt's aren't as bad, they open cuts and cause swelling but as a matter of the human head and how it's structured the shot to the back of the head causes more damage because the spinal cord, brain stem, the occipital lobe are all in the back of your head whereas in the front of your head all you have is the frontal lobe.

By that rational you can be killed either way but in being hurt with rabbit punches the damage you can suffer is paralysis, blindness, and so on...with a headbutt maybe you get a concussion and migraines and maybe more moodiness but no blindness or anything horrible like that
