When your in you early twenties.. all that weight just falls off, you eat what you want go to training camp and in 2 weeks your at weight no problem ! .. However once you get into your late twenties and early thirties. It aint so fcking easy, ..for instance I can just walk by a restaurant and gain 5 lbs. seriously.. the body turn on you , as you get older..
