i thought jones should have fought byrd after he beat ruiz. there were fights that jones could have made at heavyweight. plus if jones had of stay at heavyweight more cruiser weights would have moved up and mabey brought alittle class to the division. toney made the heavyweight division more entertaining with his skills. jirov tried his best to some thing at heavyweight.
Honestly...I think that Byrd would have given Jones hell & Jones thought that too.

Jones had & showed lots of respect for Byrd. Always gave him props during his fights & also when discussing the future of the sport @ 200+lbs.
