Tyson's prime was very short 2 years maybe,, when he was fight 4 5 fights a year ! when he had the right support system in place. he would beat anyone in any era . Tyson was a finally tuned machine once upon a time .

I say Mike Tyson. He had good head movement and could get on the inside quickly and work the body/head with his power. He was a better puncher than
Joe Fraizer who didn't fair too badly against Ali.

Frazier did not face prime Ali, plus Frazier had more heart & stamina than Tyson.

Tyson was too mentally weak to live with Ali.

Ali by late TKO, easily.

did see tyson struggle against tony tucker first 4 rounds and tucker won 4 rounds against prime tyson by sticking and moving but he couldnt keep it up a prime ali with much better footwork and alot quicker than tucker would dance for 12 rounds winning a decision
