Can anybody imagine Gatti pulling something like that? Arturo has been THE most exciting boxer in the sport for 10 years - undefeated in 20 fights since 1998 until he met Baldomir. Defended IBF title 130 lb title three times - these are highlight film finishes. The Ward trilogy, the knockouts of bigger Dorin and Leija....WBC 140lb title, IBA welterweight title. The man who defined "blood and guts warrior".
Hey if it were up to me he'd already be in

You know what though i really wish arturo had boxed more in his prime at some points..
I loved his wars ..But i loved to watch him box just as much.. Ive been astonished at times seeing how well arturo boxes... I remember the munoz fight that was his comeback fight and intro to 140..
I know munoz was not the same class as gatti..But he looked so impressive..
And yeh the jjl fight was one of my favourite gatti fights..He boxed very nicely in that fight..
Peace
