Considering that he's already done this a bunch of times, his body must be destroyed already. To lose that he's gotta spar all day and still run six or seven miles.

Yeah that makes you think doesn't it... How fuking hard would it be to lose that kind of weight when your already in good physical condition with very low body fat.. This could be real bad for Castillo.. I wonder what will happen if he weighs over?? IT's a big shot for Herman as well, if he's up to it I doubt he'll find it easy to cancel the fight due to weight.
