Yorkshire pudding and roast beef. BUT!
before you put the yorkie pan in the oven (at 400) with the oil in the pan to preheat for 3 minites. you add a 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic!!
BABY!!
THEN pour the yorkie mix on top and bake!!
You will be the BOMB!!
20 generations of ENGLISH yorkie bakers and it took a Canuck (me) to come up with that one!!
