3rd And its a Belt, he was already champ at 140 wasn't he? He never lost it down there. And he already had the IBF belt and he vacated it to go up to 147 and came back down and the IBF belt was already his, its not a new title he needs to win he already had it Urango is just holding it.

I looked at both opponents records

Witter's opponent(from the record) beat Maussa before Hatton right? He also beat Cosme Rivera who's challenged for the undisputed championship(and lost) but gave Joel Julio a hell of a fight(and by the scores could have gone either way decked him in the 12th) Can you name one person on Urango's record that he beat who challenged for a world title? Mike Arnaoutis(was a draw) who people think beat Urango, and Ben Rabah(it was the fight) and people say he beat Urango.

Who is in easier? I don't know to be honest after looking at both the records. According to the records of wins and losses and the fact that Urango has punching power you got to say that Hatton is in more dangerous(because of his come forward style)

But they BOTH are considered "easy" fights.

Just like the easy fight Morales was supposed to have with Raheem
Urango fight is for the IBF and IBO, WBA 140 against Maussa, WBA 147 against Collazo, IBF against Tszyu. Technically its 5 challenges for 4 belts, in consecutive fights, and Urango is undefeated, morua has lost or drawn 25% of his fights. Lets be real. If Witter was French, like Soulaymen M'Baye, would anyone be intrested??
Its not technically anything. Hatton already won the(thanks for the correction) IBF belt from Kostya Tszyu and thus was the undisputed at that weight class for beating him. The rest of the belt collecting was just to add on.

If you want to go on collecting belts, then its only "technically" not even an attempt(the Urango fight)

IBF against Tszyu

WBA against Maussa

WBA against Collazo right?

Hatton already HAD the IBF belt so its nothing new, it's as legitimate as Gatti's "WBC" belt

SO its nothing really new. And do you really REALLY count the IBO a world title

Fact of the matter is we aren't dealing with "ifs" we're dealing with is, and Witters not French. And besides, if Witter is so much not on Hatton's league why not take a shot at a "belt" that he's never won
