what I have noticed, especially as I get older, is that the colder temps. make me stiff, I feel tight, and don't seem to have the flexibility.. I actually prefer to fight in the warmer months.. hate when my matches are this time of year ! I like a good sweat... I get fewer injuries training in the warmth.. do you find this to be true scrap? or is it just me? when I was younger it didn’t bother me so much..
