Well Wladimir has 43 KO's in 47 wins and against guys who have never been stopped before.Wladimir has faced guys much bigger than the guys Foreman faced.Foreman faced more fighters that were under 210lbs than over that.Wladimir has only faced 1 fighter under 210lbs.The majority being over 230lbs.If Wladimir was facing guys that weighed under 200lbs there is no doubt he would have KO'd them all but as it is already only 4 of his wins have gone to the scorecards.

Think about it and then come up with a resonable explanation as to why Foreman punches 50% harder than Wladimir.
He devastated Joe Fraizer.And knocked out guys in arguably the greatest era of heavyweights ever. Wlad woulda shat himself against Fraizer, then been promptly knocked out.
