Voodoo, one way that we condition our hips/thighs in Athletics is we have this wierd thing that we call "hip flexor" lol. Anyways, how you could mimick it is by getting two boject shoulder heighth or a little above, rest your elbows/forearms on top of them. You now should be elvated 4-6 inches above the ground. Now, you should QUICKLY bring your thighs up to your chest and SLOWLY let them down. We do 3 sets of 15. That's jsut a way to condition your thighs.Cya
