I don't get the argument that Lampley should be forced to say something just because they talk about fighters' problems/arrests all the time.
Like others have said, the HBO boxing telecasts are about fighters, if a fighter is having legal problems that may prevent them from fighting, then that's something they need to talk about.
It's "HBO World Championship Boxing," not "Jim Lampley's Life Story." These charges just happened and he hasn't even been through the legal process. Was it that important to you guys that he say "I'm innocent!"??
