i do loads of situps, but it depends on the type..the str8 fwd bend ur knees hands round ur head i can do loads of..others not so many
n i can do a few press ups, not as many as id like..found tho tht once u get the breathing right they become far easier
I do 4 blocks of 50 situps but i wanna get it up to 100. My stomach starts to kill at like 35 though :/

I just do what my trainers tell me 2.which is normally enuff to make a normal grown man try, but we all know we love it.
i can probably max out about 120 press ups. propper press ups aswell cos my mate from the marines made sure i met his fist on the ground every time i went down. but prob do about 300 sot ups a day (in morning and night as the routine).
i once did sit ups for an hour with my boxing club for children in need and i must have done thousands. i was in agony. my arse was the worse though from the friction of going back and forth on the matt. but to pieces. raised shit loads though and it was a quality chat up line that night![]()
i used to do 500 sits ups a day and lifting dumbells 300 times i dont really do it no more need to get back in the habit thing i hate about situps isnt the pain or anything it makes me feel bit dizzy and gives my bloody neck ache becomes quite frustrating![]()
ice cold you should try doing some dorsal raises aswell mate (there like sit ups for your back muscles). that should ballance it out and give you a strong trunk. if you got a strong trunk you should never experience back problems (in theory).
