i can probably max out about 120 press ups. propper press ups aswell cos my mate from the marines made sure i met his fist on the ground every time i went down. but prob do about 300 sot ups a day (in morning and night as the routine).
i once did sit ups for an hour with my boxing club for children in need and i must have done thousands. i was in agony. my arse was the worse though from the friction of going back and forth on the matt. but to pieces. raised shit loads though and it was a quality chat up line that night
