lol he was fighing a sitting goose... with that much speed superiority he sould have dominated the fight, and he didn't. Also at that point Oscar hardly ever used his right hand.

I really can't see how you see it that way

The blood was from a but - but he could've have a face like a catchers mit, it wouldn't change the fact that he was winning rounds.
That is the thing about boxing. It's a beauty contest when it goes to a decision. Everybody sees it differently. I haven't seen the fight recently so I don't recall the details, but what sticks out in my mind is the commentators were definitely pro ODH. They describe the jabs as punishing, and the average person agrees with that statement. I watched that fight at a friends house with lots of casual fans, they all though ODH won. Myself and another friend that are dedicated boxing fans felt Mosley won. We were definitely in the minority. I just felt like ODH was running and trying to survive, and Mosley was stalking and hurting him. I am not impressed with jabs when you are taking punishment, and I felt ODH was lucky it was over and that he couldn't last much longer. I felt if it was a 15 round fight Shane would have stopped him. It was still a very close fight. But I lean towards the one that looks stronger and finishes stronger.

Jack Mosely told Shane he had to 'make Oscar quit' to win - and if you look at Mosely's face when he got the decision you know he knew he had lost that fight

Maybe just surprised he got a close decision in Vegas

I am only giving my opinion. I thought Mosley won. I heard the commentators and most of the other people that were in the room I was in, and they felt as you do. It's a beauty contest, you can't really argue opinions. It was close enough to go either way but my vote was for Mosley.

If I remember correctly, when I watched the second fight live, I thought Oscar clearly won, and then when I watched it over, I thought Oscar still won, but I had it much much closer.
In any close DLH fight, it's always good to try and score the fight with the volume off, that way you're not influenced at all by Lampley's full-blown Oscar lovefest.

Lampley often mistakenly calls a punch landed for the wrong fighter. Thank God for tivo, cause I rewind it all the time. I am watching and fighter A lands a shot and B misses, but Lampley says "big right hand landed for B"
I rewind it, cause I thought I must of missed it. Usually I find it was Lampley that missed the call. Mostly they go to the featured fighter. All fights come down to what you give more credit for... I like power more than slick boxing. If it's close, I lean towards the power guy. Just my bias.
