There's one or two randoms out there who could take him on. Herbie Hide is making a comeback at cruiserweight apparently, that might provide some entertainment.

I'd like to see him in against some quality American journeymen, experienced pro's who'll push him a bit but not pose too much serious threat to his title shot. Haye's good enough to beat people like Monte Barrett, Owen Beck, Fres Oquendo, guys like that. It'd help build his profile over in the states too, which would help when negotiating the O'Neil Bell fight.
Bell fight would prolly take place in the UK, seems he is such a small name in the states he wouldn't really be able to headline an event, haye and enzo have and will be able to headline an event with ease, factor bell in and tickets will go very fast
