Cotto will be beaten when he faces a slick boxer with great hand and foot speed. Someone who can run circles around him, potshot him, and stay out of range of his body attack. Obviously Mayweather is the prototype for this type of fighter.

Hatton can box, but he's more of a smothering, high-activity, high-contact type fighter. Hatton can't score without putting himself in a position where he'll be vulnerable to Cotto's body attack.
I think Cotto KO's Hatton.
Cotto will not like the pace that Hatton fights at so i think he will cause cotto problems, but at 147 Cotto is to strong for Hatton but at 140 Hatton would win on points.
