These are the most recent rankings of all heayweight divisions. Peter isn't ranked by the WBA or the IBF (I'm guessing he just doesn't pay their fees at all). The WBO, if that counts, has him ranked at #2, behind Sultan. I assume that he will be the mandatory for the winner of Briggs-Ibragamov, but I'm not sure. They could jerk him around and force him into a box-off for his title show, and even if he gets that belt, it's the less prestigious WBO.
