Well when his daughter bought bullets at the store near the beginning of the movie she intentionally bought blanks

yeah but the scene is still a lil bit ambiguous. it appears that she got blanks, but it was never like confirmed. like the clerk never said hey those are blanks! or she never said make sure these are blanks and not real bullets.

No, but he did say "Are you sure you know what you're buying?" And she said she did.

Then in the ending where that Persian guy is sitting in the store saying that little girl was like a guardian angel preventing him from doing something horrible. She takes the gun from him and puts it in the drawer..right next to the bullet holder that has the name "Blanks" on it

Right right i feel ya bro u get hints, but not confirmations cuz if we know 100% that it is indeed blanks then the scene is not as powerful to us the audience cuz we already know the persian dudes got blanks and not real caps so it takes all the drama out of play.
