No, but more often than not a man's penis will be proportioned in relation to the rest of his body.
Sure not every 7' man will have a larger penis than, say, a 5' man, but on average the 7' man will.
Just like not all taller men have longer, say, fingers than a shorter man. But proportionally on average they will.
So if you took 10 men who are 7' and lined up all their penises and measured that, then compared it to... to...
... I forget what I was talking about. All I could think of is 10 penises lined up now.
