I don't think that Hatton would ever do that well at Welterweight, he's very short and has very short arms, against rangy southpaw slick-boys who are naturally bigger than him then he's always going to be at a massive disadvantage.

The fact is he's a 140lber, and thats that. I'd only want to see him move up to fight Cotto or Mayweather. Mayweather isn't any bigger than Hatton, and Cotto isn't much bigger. Other than that he should stay at 140lbs.
