The fact is he's a 140lber, and thats that. I'd only want to see him move up to fight Cotto or Mayweather. Mayweather isn't any bigger than Hatton, and Cotto isn't much bigger. Other than that he should stay at 140lbs.
Thing is that Collazo isn't a big guy for welter

Collazo: 5'9" with a 72" reach
Mayweather: 5'8" with a 72" reach
Cotto: 5'7" with a 67" reach
Hatton:5'6" with a 65" reach

if he had problems with the reach of Collazo, he's going to have nightmares with floyd. Granted PBF isn't a southpaw, but he is faster and has a tighter defense than Collazo.
