Well for starters Arces been a champ since 2001, Vic became a champ in 2004.
Arce waited for his shot at POngsaklek and it never happened meanwhile Vic became champ. Arce never got his shot at POngsaklek so he decides to call it a night in that div. Vic decides to call out Arce, by this time Arce had already announced he was moving.

If Vic want's him so bad he should go after him. I'm not saying vacate the titles, Fernando Montiel was able to keep his title and move up and fight Johnny Gonzalez now hes back to his div. and with his title still.

Looks aside, Arce is one hell of an exciting fighter. It would be a dream come true to see him and pac if they were similar weights.

CC well spoken. There is ABSOLUTELY no evidence that Arce ducked Vic whatsoever and there are bigger fights for Darchinyan at 115 and if he's so confident,he should move up. And Arce is far far more versatile than Vic,he can box too if he feels the need to.
