Obviously, exercising will raise blood pressure. You said she can't lift any thing heavy, but probably some moderated exercise 3-4 days a week would help.

Also, found that these herbs will help raise blood pressure:

* Bitter orange
* Ephedra (ma-huang)
* Ginseng
* Licorice
* St. John's wort

You can find Ginseng and St. John's Wort at basically any health food, supplement place. Could likely find all of them at vitaminshoppe.com or gnc.com

But if it's a neurological problem then I dont know how much supplements would do. How low is her blood pressure and has she ever fainted or anything b/c of it?

Should probably mention to her that blood pressure drops during the first 24 weeks of pregnancy. Just in case she gets any ideas
Thanks!

Yea she does Jogs and does Cardio Vascular excersises......NO WEIGHTS THOUGH PER THE DOCTOR... They are real concerned about her being borderline dehydrated all the time she drinks a big case of water a week and also sports drinks etc. per the doctor
