154? Man, aside from middleweight 154 is Oscar's worst weight. No way in hell his ability at superwelter can compare to the machine he was at superfeather, lightweight, and superlightweight.
He was a better all around boxer at the heavier weights......all he had at the low weights was a left hook. He was like Rocky Juarez til he got a good trainer and worked on his right cross
