C'mon man, do I really have to give you a complete breakdown? If you've seen them, then you should know. Then again, you are the one that thinks the betting favorite is the better man.

I don't need a complete breakdown, but if you know that Margarito could beat Baldomir 10 times out of 10, then you should be able to list at least 3 or 4 reasons why Margarito would be able to beat Baldomir.
Like for example, I could build an easy argument that Floyd would beat Margarito by listing:
1. Floyd's foot speed would make it very difficult for Margarito to cut off the ring and land punches.
2. Margarito is too slow with his right hand, and therefore Floyd would easily be able to counter with his left hook, which is arguably Floyd's best punch.
3. Margarito's attack is based on wearing an opponent down, which generally doesn't work against a fighter like Mayweather, who can't be hit with multiple punches.

What are the reasons why Margarito would beat Baldomir?

I don't think Margarito would be a clear cut victor over baldomir. I don't think margarito would stand much of a chance against Mayweather.
