I'm not exactly sure, but that is his plan. Drop the WBC, and keep the IBF so he will still have options at 140, after the Collazo fight. That way if Cotto, Corrales, or Castillo open a fight before, say Floyd,Zab, or the winner of Gatti-Baldomir, he can go back down.
