This would be the biggest thing for boxing if it passes since the demise of the IBC.

We already tried to unify the boxing councils with the WBC, that failed. This would take power out of the alphabet's and promoter's hands and finally give boxing the mediator it has always needed. GO JOHN MCCAIN!
