It's not fair to either fighter.
Whether it's Ricky's fault or not that he hasn't had a chance to fight some of the marquee names out there is open for debate forever.
But from what Ricky has shown so far, anything he can do Duran can do better. Ricky is like a Roberto Duran Lite.

I know you're joking or just looking for attention when you say Ricky is better than Duran, so I'll forgive you this time.
I think Meowza sums it up with that statement. Prime Duran had better defense, power, hand speed, head movement, lateral movement, ring generalship, inside offense, and chin than Hatton. "Hatton is faster, MORE powerful and good at tieing up." Hatton is slower, less powerful, and to compare Hatton's holding and hitting skills to those of Duran is sacrilege. When boxing fans think of great hold and hitters we think Monzon, Duran, Hagler, Castillo. Hatton might have had better endurance than Duran but that's about it. Hatton earned my respect when he defeated Kostya Tszyu but to say that he would would whip Duran is just ludicrous.
