Well, Frank said that his next fight will be against Phil Baroni, who is always a tuff guy and loves to throw bombs. That could be a good fight. Baroni will be the underdog, but I feel has a real shot at KO'n Shamrock.

shame to hear this, frank was a brilliant MMA fighter - hell tito is what he is because of frank. wish frank never left the lions den and never trained tito either, only reaosn tito won his first fight with ken was down to frank training him IMO.
