No man, I think Peter would fight vitali immediately after. I don't think he's worried about either klit brother win or lose. The surest way we will see Peter fight vitali is for Peter to fight maskaev and beat him then fight vitali. No telling if vitali's body will hold up past the maskaev bout and if he beats maskaev and is injured afterward then Peter is in shambles again.
What is Vitali can't fight after he fights Maskaev?Vitali would give up the belt and Peter, in his position would more than likely receive the vacated title, right?Either way Peter wins.
