Does she have a low heart rate as well as low blood pressure? I know she's only 20 but have the doctors suggest a pace maker to increase her heart rate and cardiac output?

Don't know if it's related to her sinoatrial node (natural pace maker) or what... just chucking ideas out here...

The product you're after is confectionary derived from the licorice plant root - most of the licorice flavoured products in the US are typically flavoured with anise oil. The Scottish connection is probably due to the fact that there has been medical research conducted here in Edinburgh regarding the effects of glycrrhetinic acid - one of the active chemicals in licorice.

There is a Finnish brand which is sold over here in most chemists called Panda which is one of the market leaders made from natural ingredients. It's available in the US also. Here's a link:

sorry to hear this news. It must be incredible painful for your parents especially to see their "little girl" (she'll always be that in their eyes) suffer through this.

BigRagu had GREAT advice. Allopathic medicine is just finally starting to realize the value of these old quackerie practices. I would go for spinal adjustments immediately. It certainly can't hurt.

A ton of crap has also been linked to leaky gut. God only knows how though.

Thanks Von... Its not very Dramatic but its in everybodys mind... She shows not effects physical wise she is as normal as can be, the pain and frustration lies in the fact that its an unknown about treatments, I mean she could be fine or she can have a stroke no one knows right now

We are being upbeat as much as we can, I talk to her every day to make sure she is doing the things the Doctor told her, as far as he diet and stuff... Shewent to the doctor today with severe cramps in her calves.... She drinks alot of water but the body dosent want to retain its vital nutrients
