Shakes are convenient and you get a high dose of protein with them. On the down side they can upset your stomach and hurt your wallet

Like Luke says there are many brands, he likes Muscletech, I like EAS so each to their own taste.
i use some stuff called whey 80, it is made by PeakBody, does anyone know if this stuff is any gud?
